Accommodation requirements for long-term stays.

Whether you operate serviced apartments, apart-hotels, long-term rentals, or other unique apartment solutions, we’d love to collaborate – as long as the quality and safety standards for our guests are met.

Comfort & full equipment.

Apartments must be fully furnished and move-in ready.
Each apartment must include a kitchen or kitchenette, private bathroom, bedroom and a living area (lounge or sitting room). For studio apartment a dedicated sleeping and living area is accepted.

1. Television, Smart TV preferred
2. Washing machine (or access to laundry facilities)
3. Ironing set
4. Hairdryer
5. Drying rack
6. Storage spaces, wardrobes, hangers, and basic accessories

Fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette.

Must include:
1. Refrigerator
2. Stovetop
3. Oven or microwave
4. Kettle
5. Cookware, tableware, and kitchen utensils
6. Dishwasher will be additional value

Building standards, safety & emergency procedures.

The property should have a good visual and technical standard.
24/7 security and/or CCTV cameras preferred.
Apartments must comply with safety regulations.
Fire safety features in building/apartments
Clear emergency procedures should be displayed in a visible location.
Additional facilities are a plus:
1. Underground parking
2. Elevator

Internet, utilities & final cleaning.

Fast, reliable Wi-Fi is essential.
All utilities should be included in the rental price:
1. Electricity
2. Heating/air conditioning
3. Water
4. Internet
5. TV
6. Waste disposal
Final cleaning should be included in the price.

Additional services.

Optional services should be available upon request, such as: regular cleaning (e.g., weekly), linen & towel replacement
For long-term stays, the possibility of using the accommodation address for official residence registration, as part of visa and residency legalization formalities, is highly valued.
Pet-friendly accommodation increases the property’s attractiveness.

Guest support.

Technical assistance is essential for quick issue resolution. 24/7 standard preferred.
Business travelers require full support throughout their stay. A responsive and service-oriented approach enhances guest satisfaction and property value.
