We are seeking a forward-thinking Business Development Manager (Defense & Military Mobility) to lead growth initiatives across Poland and the CEE region – someone ready to shape partnerships, expand our strategic network and help build the future of specialized mobility solutions.

What You’ll Do

Researching and developing contact pathways with key military and administrative structures in NATO countries – including the United States and key EU countries such as Germany, the United Kingdom, France, the Netherlands, and others – including ministries of defense, personnel logistics agencies, support commands, relocation services, military contractors, etc.
Identifying investment, industrial, and engineering projects related to defense that require personnel relocation (e.g. construction of bases, modernization of military infrastructure, production of weapons, drones, AI systems, radar systems, etc.).
Identifying and acquiring clients from the broadly defined defense, stability, security, and dualuse technology sectors in NATO countries who relocate employees to Poland, Ukraine, and Central and Eastern Europe, or to other parts of the world.
Preparing and managing cooperation processes with clients, military units, contractors, and institutions, in the execution of personnel relocation projects, as well as cooperating with companies from the defense, aerospace, drone, high-tech, logistics, and other sectors that relocate their employees.
Analyzing domestic and international regulations related to housing, military contracts, and NATO and EU personnel mobility. Preparing dedicated offers for this sector in line with its needs and formal requirements.
Identifying and managing all formal, regulatory, and compliance requirements necessary for EWW to operate as an approved partner and service provider for defense, government, and public-sector clients, preparing the company for compliance with these requirements, coordinating certification processes, and supporting EWW’s participation in public tenders,

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You don’t need to have a formal background in sales or business development. What matters most is your genuine understanding of how the ecosystem functions and how people and organizations operate within it.
You have hands-on experience in the defense, security, government contracting or dual-use ecosystem. You worked for a company delivering projects for the armed forces, NATO, government institutions or defense-related industries – in areas such as military logistics, deployments, infrastructure, equipment, drones, engineering, security systems or tactical gear.
Fluent English, due to working in an international environment.
High level of independence, consistency, ability to manage multiple workstreams in parallel.
Strong ability to build positive, long-term relationships and establish trust among business partners.
Analytical skills – including the ability to map complex structures, develop strategies, and build reports.
High ethical standards and a strong sense of responsibility.
Energy, passion for creating new things, persistence, strong work motivation, and the ability to think in a long-term perspective.

Nice to have

Experience with sales, relocation or international clients.
You speak other languages besides English.
You know task‑management tools like Monday.com, Trello, or Asana.
