As a Guest Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing essential, timely, professional, friendly assistance. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication and resolving inquiries, contributing to creating memorable interactions that reflect our constant commitment to excellence.
Start your journey in our Operations Team, learning how we support corporate clients and keep things running smoothly. After about 6 months of training and solid performance, you’ll have the chance to transition into a Sales role focused on new client acquisition and business growth. We’ll provide you with full access to our know-how, tools, and real-life strategies, even in the most complex markets.
Prepare tailored accommodation offers for our corporate clients based on their needs, location, and budget.
Coordinate the full reservation process – from accepted offer to guest arrival and support during their stay.
Communicate daily with clients, suppliers, and partners across different countries to make sure everything runs flawlessly.
Handle booking administration, documentation, and updates in our internal systems.
Be a team player – contribute to the team’s success by delivering high‑quality operational support and sharing your insights.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
You know your way around Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel, Word.
You have good English communication skills (spoken and written) – you’ll use English every day!
You’re eager to learn, grow, and take on new challenges in a fast‑paced, international environment.
Nice to have
Experience in hospitality or customer service.
Experience with relocation or international clients.
You speak other languages besides English.
You know task‑management tools like Monday.com, Trello, or Asana.
You naturally love communicating and building relationships – and you’re excited about growing into a sales role.
