GUEST SUPPORT SPECIALIST

As a Guest Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing essential, timely, professional, friendly assistance. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication and resolving inquiries, contributing to creating memorable interactions that reflect our constant commitment to excellence.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the go-to person for our guests – help them with questions, solve any issues, and make sure they have an amazing experience.
  • Keep a super customer-first mindset, respond quickly, and make every guest feel valued.
  • Collect feedback through surveys, check what’s working and what can be better, and always share ideas for improvement.
  • Create custom corporate housing offers for our clients.
  • Take care of reservations from start to finish, including all the little details that make a guest’s stay perfect.
  • Help out with tasks from your Manager that support team goals and the company’s big picture.
  • Suggest ways to make our guest service faster, smoother, and even more effective.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Play an active role in helping the company reach its goals, using the tools and knowledge we provide.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Someone ready to work in a two-shift system, rotating weekly between 9:00 AM–5:00 PM and 4:00 PM–12:00 AM.
  • Availability for weekend and holiday shifts on a rotation with the team.
  • Great English skills, both speaking and writing (you’ll use English every day!).
  • Living in Poland and able to communicate well in Polish at a B2 level or higher.
  • Ability to stay calm, mediate, and solve tricky situations with guests or clients.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, international environment, able to multitask while keeping an eye on details.
  • Proactive and customer-focused – someone who loves helping people and making their day better.

 

Nice to have

  • Experience in hospitality or customer service.
  • Knowledge of additional languages besides English is a huge advantage!
  • Familiarity with task/project management tools like Monday.com or Miro.
