THE QUALITY OF THE APARTMENTS MATTERS

We are responsible for offering to our clients the best quality long-term stays. The well-being, safety and comfort of our travellers are our priority when we organise accommodation for them. That is why we work with only the best suppliers who care deeply about the quality of services and guest experience.

FULLY FURNISHED AND EQUIPPED APARTMENTS

Our clients, coming for long-term stays, expect comfortable, fully furnished and equipped, ready-to-move-into apartments. Therefore, the apartments must have additional amenities such as Smart TV, washing machine, ironing equipment, hair dryer, clothes dryer, hangers, etc.

KITCHEN

Each apartment must have a fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette. In addition to the basic equipment such as a fridge, hob, oven or microwave or kettle, the kitchen must be equipped with a set of pots and pans, cutlery, kitchen utensils and a dishwasher.

BATHROOM/WASHING MACHINE

A private bathroom is a must and the required equipment also includes a washing machine. If washing machine is not available, our clients may sometimes agree to free access to a laundry room located in the building.

INTERNET WI-FI

Our guests must have access to high-speed Wi-Fi internet.

STANDARD OF THE BUILDING

The building in which the apartments are located must be of a good visual and technical standard. Amenities such as underground parking lot or an elevator will be an advantage.

CLEANING SERVICE

As a minimum standard of cooperation, we expect an apartment cleaning service at least once a week, with the change of bed linen and towels, included in the price of the accommodation.

24/7 GUEST SERVICE

A business client requires 24/7 service support during their stay, including technical support in the apartment and assistance in obtaining local information.

FEES / UTILITIES

All apartment fees and standard utilities (electricity, heating / air conditioning, water and garbage removal, internet and TV-sat) must be included in the price.

QUICK AND EFFICIENT SERVICE

We expect our cooperation to be efficient and effective. Thus, we expect a quick response time, with accurate information to any enquiries in order to reply promptly to our clients.

SECURITY

Each apartment must meet minimum safety requirements and emergency procedures should be displayed in a visible place. 24/7 security of the building would be an advantage.

PICTURES

To present an offer to our clients, we require professional photos showing each room of the apartment. Interior photos play a very important role in the client’s decision-making process – in 95% of cases the client is not able to see the apartment in person before arrival. It is extremely important that the pictures present the current standard and equipment, and that they are of a professional quality. Additional drawings of the layout of the apartment should also be of professional standard.
